Player Kick in Team Eggwars

Easy Solution to all your issues with this:
Everyone has a limit to the amount of kicks that can be done per week. If you have, say 5 kicks, people are going to be less likely to kick someone randomly. They're going to want to save their kicks if they need them. And if someone is spam kicking, well, they can only do it 5 times and they're done. And, maybe if you do it all 20 times in a month, you can be put on a pause for the next month.

Maybe you could add a little message to your kick, in order for it to be valid. Like when you do /kick, a GUI will pop up, with all your teammate's heads in it. You can select the teammate you want to kick and select one of the reasons.

This will be a lot better, and when all the players select the same reason the player will be kicked. And when the player is kicked, a message appears something like
Player "TheLegend27" has been kicked!
for the player on the receiving end it will be like:
You have been kicked from the game as you were "Reason".
You can only kick team-members. You cannot kick other players.
We can't just keep going on saying "This will be abused so not a good idea" we have to implement it and see what happens.

You can't really abuse it because you need multiple people to vote yes for the person to get kicked. Infact, this rarely ever works. I've seen a person get vote kicked once and that was because the person was affecting the entire server.

It could also still be abused. Hackers and trollers ofter travel in groups. I once entered a whole discord of them where they all flew around in the same game and used massive range... to say the least when they all got banned I wasn't invited back..

Even if there's a limit, it CAN be abused.
There's tens of thousands different players playing daily, and imagine if all of them wanted to votekick on Eggwars. That'd be an extreme amount of games being ruined for players, because they had a troll in their team.

Yes, a troll could do an OUTSIZED amount of damage by /kick-ing his entire team.
