Hey,
On the 8th of June I got a blocked connection. I contacted staff as my account as well as my little brother his account was not banned.
Seems that there was somebody with the username ThrowingSmoke playing on our IP or something.
As my little brother and I do not own/play/know who ThrowingSmoke is it's quite frustrating to not be able to play on the server.
I just had to accept it, a 1 week ban on that account and after the blocked connection would expire we could play again.
At the time of this post ThrowingSmoke is already unbanned for 3 days and I still see the blocked connection thing. I think it would at least be nice to know when this will expire (see this as a suggestion)
I'll probably just have to wait but I was wondering how can I prevent this from happening again?

That's unfortunate... but there is something you can do! First of all, if you want more information regarding blocked connections, click here

You have been unbanned but are still seeing a blocked connection screen after three days, correct? If so, shoot a message to support@cubecraft.net and they will guide you through.

thx, I didn't see the ''mail here if not unbanned after 1 day part''
I mailed them, hope to be able to play luckyblock soon
