Java and bedrock don't have everything the same so that's... interesting.
Features like this are the same. And it's true that not everything on bedrock can be on java both because of the limitation on java due to no models and also player count. For the most part Cubecraft try and keep consistency and everything that's done on Java will be done on Bedrock

For bedrock I understand it and it should be a thing but not for java. Also I assume you really point at bedrock edition with this idea?
Incorrect. Originally I was pointing for java edition but a member replied here and asked to make it for all networks. It does need to be a feature on bedrock, but it wouldn't hurt to add the same feature to java. As you see in my thread's replies a lot of java players would also use and appreciate this feature.
It would be nice of you to change your reaction to a checkmark, as it would make the feature available to both bedrock, and java.

Unpopular opinion here... imo this shouldn't be added. It's not necessary at all. Walking/flying to the npc is prob only 0.5-1 second slower than using /q............. + there's a compass which is probably the fastest way of joining games. Imo it would be better if devs put time into useful/necessary stuff rather than this.

It's true yes the compass and literally just walking are extremely fast ways of queueing into games already, but, we both know that cubecraft's servers aren't the best, and they do lag intensely sometimes. Also if you want to leave mid game instead of, typing /leave and then waiting 5 seconds for the command to register then hit the game NPC 20 times and then click the icon in the menu, you type a 4 letter command and you're done. This would also be EXTREMELY useful in bedrock edition as you have to walk a significantly longer distance to the game portal.
I hope you change your mind and thank you for your reply.

I agree with this, it's useless for java, why would devs script an entire command system for players if you can just walk to a NPC in 2.5 seconds.

I barely experience lag on cube, only maybe at the hot points. But if the NPC doesn't work while it's lagging nor does the commands, a chat delay will be build up and then this will still not work.

Second thing, you can just click "Click again" what will also just queue you to a next round, and if you don't you click "leave".

And for bedrock it may be usefull indeed, like i stated before but my point with java stays.

I don't understand what you mean. You're saying that npc's often lag when you're trying to join but that's not true actually. It's sending you to a game that doesn't work properly. You will experience the same issues with a command because commands can lag too (like /leave). Though, I barely experience lag on Cube so I still think that it would be a waste of development time because walking/flying/compass and clicking ''play again'' after a game is probably faster. Adding this isn't necessary or useful at all

I know that many users do not experience lag in Cubecraft, but in more unpopular countries and regions like the Middle East, South America, and (now not really but used to) Asia, the network does lag more often. Not a lot, but more often. Also it would be faster to type "/q mw" than waiting then to type /leave, the go to the npc and click the menu till it loads. I have to admit, the /q mw and just clicking the "Play again" button are quite the same, but as I said in my thread this is a "nice-to-have" feature and I understand if the developers would want to put more work into updates and bugs, rather than commands that already have lots of alternatives. I just know people would use this feature too and it wouldn't be difficult to add it (no disrespect, I don't know how hard coding is)
It would indeed be quite unnecessary to implement it into Java Edition, but as I said it would be very useful to implement it into Bedrock Edition as the walk is significantly longer.

If you have a lot of lag that means the chat is delayed just like the NPC, so that will not solve anything

Hello Alarte,

Unfortunately the server team has decided to deny your suggestion.

You are currently able to join our games through various menus like the npc, map selection, playagain and playagain automode. We feel like adding another quick queue would not be worth our development time and would probably also be confusing due to the amount of system we have to join a game. Therefore, we have decided to deny your suggestion.
