Ranks are Overpriced

So I was thinking about buying Gold Rank because I have been jealous of people who have this rank for a while and I honestly did see a handful of advantages to buying it. At first, I thought that gold rank was around $20 to $25 USD which I was willing to pay for but when I went into the store to buy gold rank I saw that it was $45USD. I believe that this price is much more expensive than what gold rank is really worth and I also cannot afford to pay for this. Think about it, all that is in gold rank is mostly voting rights on games like Eggwars and map selection. As I said earlier, I was willing to pay $25USD for this (which is about the price of Minecraft itself) and I believe that $25USD is an appropriate price for gold rank. $45USD, however, is about the amount that diamond or emerald rank is worth in my opinion. If I could get gold rank for $25USD I would probably pay for it, and therefore if Cubecraft offers this rank for this price they will probably make money from me. However, with the current rank pricings, I will not be paying any money because I cannot afford to pay $45USD on a rank that really isn't that big of a game-changer.

1. If you don't want to buy it, don't buy it. Period
2. If they reduce it previous rank buyers might feel scammed
3. Wait for a sale.

The price is not going to change, period.

They can't change the prices. Impossible. The prices have already dropped because of the float of the pound, if you want them to be even lower, wait for a sale, else, just don't buy it ;)

What I would do is buy yourself an Iron rank and rankup once in a month, after 6 months you have obsidian rank but in a smaller amount of money you have to pay at once. Great tip!

Usually during holidays like Halloween, black friday, Christmas, etc.. I assume there's going to be a Halloween sale but it'll be part of the part 2 of the Halloween update ;)

Step one: Complain about ranks being expensive because I want perks
Step two: Rank prices get lowered, Yay me
Step three: Every person that bought a rank complains because they feel scammed
Step four: Most people that would've bought the rank after the price lowering would say "wel 2 bad m8 u shouldv w8d for price lower lol"

Iron rank is mainly bought for:
-Colored name in TAB
-Colored chat
-Vanity points

They don't really care too much for voting for things ingame, or they find the ranks too expensive and want to upgrade it overtime

Really? No they just want to run the server. It takes money to do. There are people to pay to keep the server up. You don't even know how they use the money so how can you say that?

I'd guess that around 70% of the revenue would go to paying the developers and builders

High price ranks help the server. If the ranks weren't that high, you wouldn't enjoy the server as much as you do now due to lag from lack of ram. Ranks really help the server :)
