Rebalancing teams in blockwars

Hello everybody,
I've already posted this thread but I can't revive it so here's a link to the old thread if you want to take a look at it

So long story short, a lot of people think that its unfair to transfer people to the other team. It's really annoying if you are playing with friends or just working really hard for your team and then get transferred ad the end of the game. So what I suggested was to just delete the transfers OR change it so that you can only get transferred in the beginning of the game.
I'm making this thread as no mod's or dev's replied and I wanna know if something could be done about it. Again, leave your thoughts in the comment section and don't forget to vote.

I Understand, Once I was playing with my friends and I got transfered to the other team. They should change it by voting who gets transfered.

I do agree that it is pretty unfair if you get moved to the losing side at the end of the game. Especially if you have worked really hard to keep the opposite team from scoring. Its happened to me quite a few times when ive played blockwars.

Edit: I do think it should be changed but I don't know how. If you removed it, it means that people can just leave with their friends if they aren't satisfied in any way making the teams extremely unfair at the start if the game.

It could happen to skywars, eggwars and other team based games as well.. but if we could make the system only transfer people in the beginning of the game, teams would still be even and if you could vote for not being kicked, you could get 2 vote's so that friends could vote on themselves and their friends.

I know the feeling. But would it be fun to play 2v6 and have it not rebalance the teams? Now that would suck.
