Server status
Once in a while the minecraft severs of cubecraft are down, Yesterday evening was one of them. People were very frustrated that they couldn't join CubeCraft and went to the discord server to ask for help and share their issue. Soon after staff-help got flooded with all the problems. Then the staff team did what they always do. They post a message in staff-help, pin it and redirect people to the pinned message. But the complaints about the server being down kept comming and no one checked the pinned message.
Then because the questions kept comming they locked staff-help untill the problems were resolved. Which is understandable, but quite frustating if you have a question regarding something else, or want to report a discord rule breaker. The channel was locked for nearly 30 minutes.
The idea
Version 1 - Hidden unless problems
In the first version the channel is hidden most of the time. This is because the servers are up 99% of the time and it will take less space and doesn't take attention away from the other important channels. But when the server is down the channel becomes visible, and the staff team can then post that the servers have issues, and something else like thatyou shouldn't come to staff-help with this issue. What the actual message should be will be for staff to decide.
Version 2 - Always shown
