How have you all been? I haven't been active on forums for a long time now :p
I have missed you all actually, I have missed having fun playing games on this server to be honest, when I was around the community was amazing! I have no idea how it is now but I believe it is still as amazing as ever. The reason I wanted to make a thread here is I just wanted to talk a bit. I really, really miss this place in general.
Last time I checked they removed some java gamemodes and stuff ja? Well I have no idea how it affected the network but if it worked, that's cool ig :p
So, to recap all the things I experienced after I left:
My depression became a bit harder to live with, but that's okay! It happens xD I also got in a relationship too so that's cool I guess :P I have been studying for the uni exam and I am alright at classes for now! I still play minecraft, only survival though, I stopped playing in servers because my friends stopped playing in general and it's boring to play minigames without friends, ya get me? I have been constantly going to school, taking extra classes etc. I really haven't got proper time to fulfill my hobbies and stuff but the uni exam is in 6 months so it'll be over by then I suppose. I have been trying to produce some orchestral/instrumental music but I haven't been able to do it yet but I have made a cover of some of my favorite music pieces so that's cool :D
Now onto the less boring part:
I wanted to thank some of you amazing people! You have made my days much better here, I literally spent the entirety of my quarantine here, first I applied to the Translation Team then I got accepted, I started as a trainee, gave my test and I got approved! I was really feeling happy when that happened. It was the start of the quarantine in Turkey and boy what an adventure it was! The team started to grow and we were getting more translators, more people to chill with. I really do miss the #off-topic channel, it was magical honestly. I spent a lot of time there just socialising because it was... fun. I met with a lot of amazing people there, such as @Ge1ster, @Eli, @kristiankunc, FocusTurtle(for some reason I couldn't ping him), AlperenSV (again), @Hoshi, IWontHurtYou(again, can't tag for some reason) and so on!
After some sad news of our proofreader leaving, Chefran(our proofreader :p) decided to promote me and another turkish translator to the proofreader role. I was really happy and really sad at the same time because I was promoted but Chefran was leaving. It was a weird combination of feelings to be honest :p And later on November 7th 2020, I became a translator staff member. That was really cool too :p
After some time, the Turkish team was doing amazing, and I was like "I'm actually having fun and this actually improves some skills such as communication and language usage etc. and I also want to be a helper", so I applied to become a helper :p. After like 4-5 months I have been accepted and damn it was really amazing. We had a wonderful wave of helpers, @TrueMike was my helper buddy, we played games together, hunted rulebreakers together, it really was a fun ride. Then I became a Java moderator, and I started to work so I can become a bedrock moderator too. While these were happening, the heads of the translation team was preparing the revamp for the team which ,in my opinion, the revamp was amazing, I have been selected to become the Turkish Team Lead. It was a really cool feeling to be honest, I started as a normal translator then after some time I started managing the Turkish Team :p
Eventually I got to become a bedrock moderator too, then after a while I wanted to apply to become a helper mentor "cuz why not" I said to myself. The first time I failed but when the opportunity was given again I succeeded, and at around 28/10/2021 and started training helpers for them to become moderators! And then when my depression started to make me less motivated for anything literally and because of the university exam, I decided to step down as a moderator and a mentor after my birthday.(That was just random timing to be honest.) Now, when I look back I only see good memories and I'm thankful for it. Thank all of you for all of the great memories you helped me to have.
I especially want to say thanks to the translation team and its' members.
@Ge1ster You already know what I'm going to say but thank you. Really, you have been a wonderful friend overall, we had our happy moments, we had our sad moments and I'm very grateful that I was able to share them with you!
@Roxlad (I hope it pings) You too, have been an amazing friend and we still actively talk to this day, I'm really thankful for your companionship.
@Hoshi Thank you for playing games with me, I really appreciate it! Maybe we can start another modded adventure later?

@Elenahhboss Leader, I really miss you! You helped me to become the person that I'm today, you really taught me some important skills. And thank you for establishing the translation team. I say this from the bottom of my heart I'm really thankful for it, it helped me go through the quarantine times easily.
@Keanu sir how have you been? I hope you have been okay, we really haven't talked in a long time but I want you to know that I loved to chat with you!
@Marieke2001 HELLO HOW ARE YOU? have you eaten any bans while I was gone and if you did do you have any leftovers? All jokes aside I miss you Marieke, it was fun chatting with ya :p

I'm 100% still missing some people because it has been a long time and names just stopped coming to my mind but I wanted to thank everyone for making my 3 years here amazing, I love you all.

I mean it when I say that I still miss you on the team and I hope you're doing alright now! The past few years have been a rollercoaster for a lot of people due to the lockdowns, but I'm glad that you came here to spend your time with us online.
