So applying for staff is a great thing, yet your application might be denied without your knowledge.
Some people would like to know if they were denied or not, for they might think that their application wasn't posted or wasn't viewed at all and will make a newer one.
For me, I would like to know details about the application, weither its denied or not.
Details Shouldn't Include:
What was wrong with the application (People might just have one big problem in the application, or a small one, and thats what caused it to be denied. So the staff shouldn't say what was wrong, for if they did, the ones who applied will know what was wrong and wont have the chance to experience what they did wrong, knowing it would make the ones who applied lose experience instead of gaining)
Some people, including me, want to know if they have been denied, instead of waiting one month, they can check their problems, correct them, and re-apply after a long time when everything seems better and fixed!
I would really like to know if this idea is a good one! So don't be shy and reply with all of your thoughts!
Thank you for the people who took their time into reading this and understand what I mean.
