probably doesn't count, especially if it's international as they can't really take it to court or anything. i'd say it's more likely that they just make a verbal agreement saying they understand they'll get banned if they leak stuff. it's not like 14, 15, 16 year olds are going to sue someone for banning them from an mc server lol

Unipotato probably said some stuff about things going on BTS that would show Cubecraft's true colours but they banned them because they want the 5 year olds they think play on the server to see them as some glorious shizzle.

the response points out that this wasn't the first time this has happened and they do check
also (indirectly) stating that staff don't just leak very often as if they did there would be a lot more listed examples of this sure a little hint appears every here and there but no they don't leak as much as you seem to be implying
