Just played some SG lost every game. Then I chose the cannibal kit; won every game I played even though people who I killed were way better then i am.

Cannibal Kit:
This kit straight up needs to be removed, for nostalgic folk and conformists who dont want that to happen, how about making the kit drop food on player death? At that point it’ll be a completely different kit.

Vampire kit:

This kit is also OP but it’s overshadowed by cannibal. This kit could use a creative change. Reduce regeneration on kill or allow the player to turn into a bat for a brief period of time. Being a bat allows fast movement and flight but you’ll be a one-hit-kill.

Bats will take damage in sun so camping isnt possible.

Peeta Bread:

More bread,4 isn’t enough.

Brewing accident:

I dont know this kit seems kind of, it’s so determined by luck. This isn’t lucky islands. However it’s not OP i guess. I’m not sure about this one.

Fisherman:

Add a fishing rod that reels player closer??? It would be cool, but this kit doesn’t NEED a change per se.

Diver:

The idea behind this kit is meh but it’s good only because it gives full armor. Please give Depth strider 3. At least then it’ll have more of a point.

Scout:

Change it to 30 seconds of speed 2 or give splash potions of speed. 2 miniutes of speed 2 is overpowered.


I think every other kit will play well once some of these changes are made. But please. Remove vampire and cannibal.

As much as i hate to admit it. I agree with the Cannibal Kit being extremely overpowered. There's always going to be some kits stronger than others but to have one kit like the Cannibal extremely overpower a kit like Peeta Bread then there is something wrong with that.

Not all kits are created equal, especially with kits that arent exactly pvp-based, the bread kit can never really be made equal to the rest as I'm sure you know, but it could get more. They were actually way worse before, we tried to get them even more balanced but It's difficult when the kits give abilities that arent in traditional Minecraft, its not something I've ever been a fan of and if it was up to me I would've scrapped the entire kit system for something that gives basic items like SkyWars.

Brewing Accident is the way it is because it can give you regeneration and healing in Hardcore, so we felt that the negatives gave it assumed risk in that mode, otherwise one of them would have to get cut, so keeping it anyway seemed fine.

Fisherman I'm not really sure why fishing rods dont reel people closer across our network, maybe this can be enabled purely for SG but I'm not sure, I feel like this could become a useful tool especially since chasing in SG can last forever.

Cannibal was so much worse before, we nerfed it pretty hard and it's still quite strong, generally the best thing to do is stay away from rushers, it really doesnt last that long, I'd say 6-8 seconds and they should be back to regular saturation.

I dont believe that Vampire needs a nerf generally speaking. This kit only becomes OP in night/hardcore, which could just be changed for that mode, but the rest of the kit is pretty ok in other modes.
