I've found out that Mage tower, Archer tower, Artillery tower and ice tower are the best after this balanced update.

Here is why.
(simple reason)
Archer is good on killing air monsters like blazes in arrow archer.
and explosive arrow archer also known as fire arrow's last upgrade will be good on magma cubes.
Artillery is good because it's a best way to kill land monsters. Artillery should be added because archer both focuses on land and air. It's very good on killing magma cubes.
Mage tower
Invisible spider killer. Mage tower is the best way to kill invisible spiders also known as the 4th and 5th upgrade of spider.
And it also kills monsters without fire-proof.
Ice tower
The 3rd most important. It is a support tower for the 3 towers above. Ice slows down all monsters in it's path. It has no weaknesses.

Archer (Both paths can reach 15 blocks or back side even blocked)
should be level 4
It targets blazes and can kill magma cubes fast.
An army of archer (no artillery) can kill in the following:
Path 1 kills the blazes
Path 2 is an AOE which can kill magma cubes the 2nd fastest.
Archer tower focuses on aerial and land so it will get struggled.
Artillery (Both paths can reach 15 blocks or back side even blocked)
should be level 4
NOTE: It shouldn't be archer's territory.
An army of artillery towers (no archer towers in it) will kill magma cubes the fastest and other land mobs.
Beware: Path 2 artillery can't detonate it's landmine on skeleton horses!
Path 2 can be used on KILLING magma cubes....
Path 1 too but it's less effective. It could be used on killing skeleton horses...
Army of archer + Army of artillery = Guess what?
Ultimate Monster eater.
Note: Archer and artillery shouldn't be combined in one territory.
Archer and Artillery should be supported.
It's completed? NOT YET. What if the opposite team sent invisible spiders.

NOTE: It shouldn't be on both archer's territory and artillery's territory.
NOTE2: MAGES don't stack so mages should be 18 blocks away from other mage towers
It is the best way to kill invisible spiders "Invisible spider's can only be targetted by Zeus tower, ice and mage tower"
baby Zeus can be used for it but it will struggle if the invisible spider is with other monsters.
It can target both aerial and land monsters

A: Because it can't target max skeletons. But kills giants..
Q: What about turret tower?
A: Turret is nerfed and expensive right now. Also there are very few 5x5 areas. It is best to use it on nature.
Q: How to counter infinite magma cube rush
A: possibly a huge army of artillery tower's i guess. And also a huge army of archer.
Q: Why is Quake tower not included?
A: It can't stun giants and aerial monsters.
Q: Necromancers?
A: I would prefer turret tower than necromancer towers If the upgrade of turret tower is lower..
Q: Why is leach tower not included?
A: Common sense. Use your common sense WHY it's not included.
Q: Sorcerer tower?
A: Probably Artillery is better because Artillery is AOE but sorcerer targets 1 monster at a time.
Q: Why is poison tower not included?
A: Common sense again. Many players say it's a worst tower.
