I understand where you are coming from. I also would like to have you know that the numbers are not final as she said in her original post, she just used them as an example. She also stated that the purpose was to encourage teamwork, so let's assume that the limit is 3 mages per person on an original map. With one mage and one ice very specifically placed you can take out cave spiders, zombies, and regular spiders with slight help from the castle guards. If you have 3 and you space them out very well with ice support then those mobs will be easily taken care of. Let's also for simplicity sake that you have no towers unlocked so you are kinda riding on just the basic towers. That would be reason enough to have the artillery up to say 40 artillery towers, I would recommend that as a number change. With that many artillery towers close together all level 4 it should be no problem to take out the wither and all other land mobs no matter how many there are with the exception of a Giant. At that point, you would need to use Zeus Rage potions to take out the giant in any case. Also, I would recommend the archers be up to 40 as well. That should be sufficient to kill the air mobs. Now I came up with these numbers specifically for a 6v6. If it was per say a 2v2 you would have access to 3 times the number of towers. In the case of teamwork say it was a 6v6 and you wanted to have 4 mages in your defense to help make cave yolos more difficult or just to do better damage you would need to ask one of your teammates to place that fourth mage. Additionally, I think the numbers on the Turret tower, the Necromancer tower, the Quake tower, and the Zeus tower should be increased, but all the other numbers seem fine. I also think that Ice should be the same amount as mage towers. Now if we were to think of a much larger map say portals, then the numbers would need to be drastically increased basically double or triple for all towers. This is one of the best ways I have seen to encourage more thinking about placing and to encourage more upgrading over just tower spamming. The numbers I am thinking of were simply for a good player with no towers unlocked. If it is a new player, then they will need help from their teammates to stop rushes.no it isn't the same thing
The first mage isn't even needed but it is just there to prove my point which it does work
P.S. When I Say Block I Don't Literally Mean Blocks You Can't Put 2 Towers Directly Beside Eachother By 1 Block because there are no 1 block skinny towers
I am giving a counter example because once again these numbers weren't that accurate against players without other towers meaning that it eliminates all the other towers from being usedI understand where you are coming from. I am sorry but I couldn't quite understand this section.because once again these numbers weren't that accurate against players without other towers meaning that it eliminates all the other towers from being used
The numbers were limits by the player. Thus someone who is trolling places 3 mages in a line and can place no more mages. However, you can still place your 3 mages. The purpose is to decrease trolls and increase teamwork. Currently, it is easy to troll, and some people do it by accident.another problem is with this it encourages trolls
because they know if they place most of the towers then you can't place any and you can't sell them either
I can understand whyI am sorry but I couldn't quite understand this section.
but also limits you from actually placing towers if they decide they are going to be a troll and put all the mage, poison, and snow towers together then you can't sell them and then you can't use any of these towers so it also induces trolling appose to its intention to reduce itThe numbers were limits by the player. The only way it seemed to make sense was directly answered by my previous postI can understand why
The way you stated would still be far more pricey to troll. Currently, if someone wanted to troll, just get two accounts, go into a game and spam the whole map with ice towers. This would at least slow that down and will make accidental trolling at a minimum because it makes the player think quality over quantity which is how it should be.induces trolling appose
