Resolved unban account

Today I wanted to buy my friend as a gift a minecraft account (full access), but the seller said that it was banned on server. The ban is permanent and the banned account was anti-cheat(when it was banned I don’t know). Account nickname: Murmell_JR. Can this account be unbanned? I give my word that its new owner will be decent, and he will not use cheats or other prohibited programs.
I have already sent an email to sentinelteam@cubecraft.net but I have not been answered. I also sent the appeal code.

Pss. you can also clear all activity and achievements on this account if you unban it
