In game behaviour
Hmm, seems reasonable. (for now)
I not sure how movements can be registered.
I might know a theory how they can, but that might be too much.

The knockback changes aren't actually live yet (we're still just cleaning a few things up), no idea what your knockback decrease is coming from.
Then it's a bug. I'm not the only one having this issue while playing.
And some players seem to have it worse than I do.

We don't have a "CPS limit", it takes a variety of factors into account whilst making decisions.
.
Hmm, okay. (for now) Then I'll have to see and think what other factors butterfly clicking could possibly trigger.
We're not going to reveal any internal details about how Sentinel works, sorry.
Not even if it's made in Java?
The possibilities of it not being made in Java is really low because this is simply a Minecraft Plugin.
Wouldn't hurt asking though.

No we can't be more specific. If we reveal details about how/what Sentinel does it may give mod authors ways to bypass it, and we end up in a cycle of cat and mouse.
It doesn't mean the whole list.
A simple confirmation that the Anti-Cheat detects the most common hacks would be enough (for now I guess). (And by that I mean Killaura, Reach, Fly etc. (The fly detection is a bit too much atm imo. It makes playing Minerware impossible.))

I will try to reply to everyone else as soon as possible.
I'll have to deal with school first.

Welp, Sentinel is not banning the hackers when you're fighting them, still a big chance you lose.

We'll be adding more instantaneous responses to certain mods in the near future!

The parts of Sentinel on the actual game servers run Java.

I'm not going to comment on what detections we have until they are all rolled out (we are rolling detections out in groups to make sure we don't have any issues with false positives)

If you have a video of it happening please send it to me and I'll get our dev team looking into it ASAP.

I don't know about this.
A video wouldn't really prove it, but you can definitely feel a difference. It might just be a minor increase in lag, but for me it feels like people can hit me with a larger radius now (Kinda like I'm in their radius on THEIR side, but I'm not in their radius on MY side)

@GingerGeek Would you mind if I asked, but.... Are the ban waves done manually by mods, kind of like an auto report system, or does the AC just ban every logged hacker once in a while in the schedule?

You don't allow starting a conversation with you so I'll link it here. I had the same problem the day sentinel got released, I though it was just some weird minecraft behavior caused by lag though.

I know what you mean, but there's no way to actually prove it other than experiencing it. I've tried to record a clip, but it looks the same.
(Just throwing in my 5 cents)
