Villager launcher cooldown delay

Hello!
I was just walking in the lobby and i got annoyed from the firework sound from the villager launcher. Someone was spamming the gadget... So i think 2sec cooldown is to low! Maybe it's a good idea to increase it to 3-5sec cooldown? Thanks for reading :)

You can change the volume of your MC, Its special made for players with a rank. I know that its sometimes annoying. But i think it is good at the moment!
