I think it's similar to Archer Assault, which was an old game on Java. It was basically Capture Points, but in Minecraft and with bows only. I could imagine a similar gamemode being added, but without it being bows only.

this reminded me of the map designs for lifeboat's capture the wool, @ElFlxen_ might be correct

some maps there have cobweb traps and walls with cobwebs on them lol

and if not capture the wool, possibly a new capture the flag map on giga

It's not, it says A instead of a flag symbol. It's also been confirmed that GIGA will be getting new game modes.

When I first looked at the image I though it was taken on Lifeboat's CTW, before noticing the A symbol. Wouldn't surprise me if there was comming CTW on Cube as well, I personally really enjoyed that gamemode in past.

It would also be interesting to have some point capture or similar gamemode. All in all, I'm really curious about what new adventures will this update bring to us!
