Auteursrechtenschending valt onder civiel recht. Dat houdt in dat houders van auteursrecht mensen kunnen aanklagen die hier inbreuk op maken. De politie gaat echter niet actief op zoek naar mensen die illegaal downloaden.
kortom , download elke film die je maar wilt zien , als je ze maar niet bijvoorbeeld upload op het internet , want als de auteurs/producenten of whatever het ook vinden op het internet hebben ze het recht je aan te klagen wat dus kan lijden tot een (forse) boete.

Copyright infringement in The Netherlands is a civilian right ( its the same thing as when someone destroys your car , the police isn't going to do something you need to find a solution yourself by denouncing the one that damaged your car) and that means that the company's that made that movie could only denounce the one who uploaded the movie without giving them the rights to it. Briefly , you can download but uploading it on the internet could get you a fine.

Usually, English people are the best at writing in Dutch. Dutch grammar is awfull but the pronounciation is the hardest. I bet that you will pronounce the 'H' as how Dutch people pronounce a 'G' (same as 'CH') :D
