Nope, glass isn't resistable to tnt in Eggwars.
I fail to see how it's useful in game. More expansive build blocks? As for the sound... euh, the only players who would hear it would already be camping and thus most likely see the enemy coming anyways.
Glass makes a lot of noise when you break it. It is like a alarm.
Who plays with sounds on max
It is just the break noice. For the people who play with max sound (or something like that) can hear the break noise from a longer distance then for example obsidian or terracotta.

Whut, I have never used glass as an alarm... that’s feels like a weird thing to do.
I use glass to make zig-zag bridges since lags players like crazy. Even with 10ping you’ll get lag backs on a long zig-zag bridge. So it takes longer to get to you
And you simply build with glass in the late game since you can’t insta mine it. And you can clay. So when making a bridge, they can’t get a leather armour with a 25pick go mine you in the void with them.
Small edit about the glass bridges, it doesn’t lag players out anymore! It was fixed!

Glass is useless I don’t know why blocks are so limited in EggWars they just wanted to have no wood so u can’t craft then they add stupid useless blocks that’s why I don’t like eggwars
Alot of ppl use it to make forts in the rlly long eggwars games where one team just hides with bows because their not good enough, personally though i use glass around my egg just because its kinda dumb
