ive fully understood what youve said and i do agree with it but one thing why does every staff member say that i sad to lower standards about bedrock staff as i never stated that the standards should be lowered

After re reading the thread through ive realised we dont see all which happens behind the scenes.

Yes we have our own opinions and our own arguments, but we dont know what the staff team are working on, or if they are working on a fix towards it behind the scenes.

I'm not saying either party is wrong since from our perspective we may be right and the staff are also right from what they see.
Its like the number 6, its 6 on one side, then 9 on the other. Both people see it from a different perspective but both sides are still right.

It was nice to see no one took it out of hand and we were able to all stay civil while we all discussed our views. It was also nice to get reassurance from staff that they are doing their best, even if we may not always see it.

I'd like to be clear that I for one didn't mean any of my points in a negative manor. It was in no way meant to seem like that, but I assume this is what the forums are for. For us to express our views and you all to respond like you did.

After reading all the responses from this thread i have taken everything into account from what every user has had to say about it and its clear that i needed to put more solutions and suggestions on how to make things run a little smoother than it currently is
(NONE OF THESE ARE AN ATTACK AT ANYONE)
once again they will be categorized so you can only read the ones that you want to or you can read them all

After reading what was said and responding to people on discord who have had further questions i believe The Considering process should be set at a fix time of i dont know lets say 2 months which is around where it normally is and is the average length of applications the main reason i believe this should be as some people are at a disadvantage than others as they are made to wait way longer than other applicants possibly have been and i know cubecraft love to do their helpers in batches but I personally feel at the moment the Considering time period for each user is different (If I am wrong you are more than happy to correct me) as some people are on considering for 3-4 months when some people are 2-3 months which does seem a bit unfair as if someone slips up after 3 months of waiting they can be denied and it'll be harder to remember what you said to make sure you dont say it again. and also another suggestion is to change the denial messages and make things a bit more clear rather than "Be less toxic" because to be honest someone might not be able to remember what they said allow the user who got denied to ask and give an example or two of what to not say

After seeing the amount of responses that are aimed at this particular bit i feel like i need to give a suggestion. The amount of people that dont pay attention to the new helper broadcasts is quite high because if your in the middle of a game you dont want to stop and read something about staff applications so i suggest that if they see anyone they reckon that should be staff they reach out to them and just say hey ive noticed you have a keen interest in the server have you ever thought of applying to be staff for the bedrock side of our server. just a small simple message like that can attract a few people to apply and it could work out in the long term

if anyone has any other suggestions they would like to add i will happily add them as well​

I feel like in the past they didnt really give bedrock that much attention, however in the recent months they did. They added Blockwars, FFA, Duels, game specific lobbies, New KB, platform specific matchmaking, and much more! While yes, maybe bedrock has understaffing, but I dont think they dont give enough attention
