I would also bow spam if it weren't for the amount of players getting angry and calling me a noob/scrub every time I did it. From where I come from it's frowned upon.

What I mean by this is, is repeatedly killing yourself to "farm" kit items (like regen potions in buffer kit, poison and slowness potions in debuffer kit) against the rules?

The point of ranks is to reward donors with perks. In my opinion this, in a way, defeats the purpose of ranks.
