Since everything is 16x in textures it can be a eyesore to see some things out of place for 32x (64x 128x 256x 512x 1024x 2048x 4096x 8192x etc) players. To solve this you can just make a different texture pack for 32x (64x 128x 256x 512x 1024x 2048x 4096x 8192x etc) players...
