Builds [Duels] World War

Hello Cubecraft! I would like to present my second map submission World War! this is a duels map which is themed after World War 2 featuring three Supermarine Spitfire planes bombing the area and leaving a trail of destruction, You can climb the smoke to get some quick high ground, but watch out! falling into the fire could quickly change the outcome of a fight.

I actually like the beginning of this map, you're definitly on the right track.
Though I would not consider it suitable for the network yet because,

- The ground (Can be fixed with ease)
Ooh boy, I do not know what building tool you have used to decide what blocks will be placed on the ground (I will asume WorldEdit //replace or //brush sphere).
We used to color everything like that a huge time ago but in the newer maps you may see we no longer just randomize the blocks, but rather have them at specific areas or in clusters (The GoPaint tool is highly recommended if you have it available).
- Cannons in WWII?
You said you themed the map after WWII / Modern war settings, but then it would not make much sence to bring a cannon to a, likely, highly explosive gunfight. As I am writing this I cannot immediatly think of a possible replacement but give it some thought.
- Magma Blocks (1.10)
Cubecraft wants to make sure every person can play any kind of map, regardless of their version, that's why every map has to be 1.9 compatible. You will have to find a replacement for the Magma Blocks.

This are the only flaws I can see with the map at first glance. Though you made a good choice on filling the trench / river with glass to keep the ground on the same level to prevent any annoying height differences during PVP.

ok, thank you, I will try to fix these issues. (how would you suggest going about the ground?)

Definitely a sick map. Jeroen bought a lot of good points to the table, so after the changes, it would be great in my opinion.

However, you are using some kind of Spitfire/Hurricane type of plane, only used during World War 2. yes nerd

I'd say to fix the canon issue (especially cause I like the cannons) you could rename it to "War" and that way you can have a more general theme. Other than that it's a good map, I did look at it on the server and I must say it's pretty decent.
