Yes, they lock a lot of threads. Because "Helpers" meant to help, so they help Moderator and Admin reducing their time by helping to lock the threads that were answered or pointless.

As for the player, as of right now they won't be banned. You must have video evidence in order for the player will be banned. Screenshots aren't valid evidence to someone that's hacking.
