Ya can't, ya simply can't get rid of them.
I agree with @ArianaGrandeVevo . It's really not that big of a deal. Teamers will eventually show up no matter where you go and crying about each time you see one like this isn't going to do you any good. The punishment is more than cruel for teamers so I don't know what more you want to feel secure when playing a 5 minute game.

You think that people will keep on coming back to the server after receiving a 7 day ban for such a thing as teaming for the first time? What about giving them a 1 day ban so they might actually learn their lesson and not do it again? That's just my idea :)

That's a really good point, For so far I think we only should add a title and keep the 1 day ban as another warning.

Same with Hackers... So Hackers shouldn't be banned either, ok...
You can't compare a hacker and teamers. Two diffrent things.
It's true, hacking and teaming are not on the same scale. They aren't even saying that teamers shouldn't be banned, read their reply and think about the context for a second before you make a ridiculous post.

Both. Make first offence a week ban and have the warning before games.

They really aren't that difference, think for a second, what is the no cross teaming rule is meant for? To prevent people from having an unfair advantage, why do you think Hackers get banned, that's right for having an unfair advantage. So what is the difference between cross teaming and hacking? What makes hacking on a larger scale then cross teaming?

But but but but Mr. @TqqMqnyQs_ , there was a robber who stole a hundred dollars from a man and there was a robber who stole a thousand from a bank. Does that mean they should both get the same charge with crime?

To be serious, hacking is a deliberate breaking the law by actually cheating out the server, on the other hand teaming can just be a misunderstanding and can undone way easier.

I think the current punishment track for teaming is great (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, perm). The one day is perfect for letting those people who don’t know it isn’t allowed (because I’ve heard some servers allow teaming on solo games, but don’t ask me which ones since I don’t know). I know the ban is short, but a lot of people do stop after that first ban, so it is quite effective.
For the big message across the screen saying that teaming isn’t allowed, I completely agree that it should it be added to all relevant gamemodes. It seems to work just fine in skywars, so I see no reason for it not to be implemented everywhere else.

I do agree that more severe crime deserves more severe punishment don't get me wrong, but the first paragraph doesn't say anything about crossteaming being more severe.

Notch in fact likes people modding his game. (Not this kind of modding but still.) It's not cheating out the server, hacks work on a single player world, yes you are modifying the client. Both use third party systems, the third party system involved in crossteaming is the other player. please explain why the 2 are on different scales.

People usually don’t know that they shouldn’t team like when I first started I had no idea it was bannable so 1 day ban isn’t fair for first timers
If before the game started a message in red font right in front of your screen said, "Crossteaming is an illegal offence and can result in a ban" you probably would of known,.
