3+ hours online/week ingame - able to write/speak English fluently - age: 15+ and somewhere around 1000 messages and 3 months activity on the forums.
also, they should have a brain, and it would also be nice if they could act like a normal human being.
In CubeCraft's case, 1.14 would be the best option.
But they won't because it'll cost money and they don't really want to invest in the Java network anymore. They'll milk the 1.9 Java cow empty and move on to bedrock. Mark my words.
Worst: All of them, honestly.
The big change had the most changes in it - so if i'd really have to pick one, i'd go with that one.
