Here's the thing: When it comes down to it, the only (in my eyes, recurring) responsibility really is to answer questions regarding translations. That's it. The moderation team can do this just as easily, as they probably have been already assuming there are even questions to begin with. I personally haven't seen anyone ask about this yet, but hey, I haven't been around for one and a half year. There's also the responsibilities regarding suggestions on the forums, but again, I've seen zero threads about the translation process. Even if there's a dozen out there, there's probably four times as many moderators to be able to deal with it themselves. As for the "staff have their own lives" shtick, yes. You're 100% right. In fact, it's up to them whether they even want to deal with these threads or questions in the first place and I respect that. Why does this excuse not work here though? It's because there's a lot of people already in the moderation team, voluntarily. A translator rank wouldn't be necessary, since there's seemingly not a lot of work for them to do in the first place.I believe that you are not right, since that is what each role is for each person (any rank), each one must carry out their work since the Staff´s have life, and cannot be in moderation all day.
Totally dissagree. I was the first Polish translator, and now a proofreader. I can only say one thing...I honestly don't get this.. Why do translators need perms in the Minecraft server? Also a lot of mods/helpers already speak multiple languages. And it kinda feels like you are just giving away free plus ranks and perms lol. Why would a translator need /nick? This makes no sense... Translation isn't even that hard if you speak 2 languages fluently. I maybe get that there be a rank, but they having more perms than helpers make no sense. As well 30 new translaters!!? U only need like 2 or maybe 3 per language lol..

To put it in short: Moderators have been doing this already, and there's apparently little to no demand for these roles because of the lack of people asking/suggesting in the translations side of things. Prove me wrong if you can, since, once again, I haven't been around for a while and I could totally be spewing nonsense if that's the case.
No, I didn't do it and I don't, As I previously said, I was only sharing with y'all my opinion. It did kinda sound like blaming her.
I'm sorry for say that.
Wowow dude, I'm not calling stupid anyone. Im just saying my opinion, and yes, I know you have to work hard blabla, but access to /nick, seriously?
What I said on my comment, that what you say "I'm calling stupid Elena", I'm just saying my opinion.
Tell me, is this necessary? As @Gainfullterror said, it would enough if they'll have Obsidian + free plus subscription.
Having, first of all, I think that the 2. BenderPlay are right to give their opinion that I see it correct, that is to say, I see well that they give their opinions to the public because that is called giving face. And I also believe ShapelessArchery is right because you cannot disrespect a superior Staff to you.
No, I didn't do it and I don't, As I previously said, I was only sharing with y'all my opinion.
Don't worry, there's no problem.
Well, I'll give you again my opinion about this, why do translator needs the red tag/rank and /nick? Yes, I know @Spuuuni answered me, basically he told now there's like 20 persons with this rank, people knowing this, will work hard, and in future those 20 translators, will convert into 600 (at least) and that number will get growing up more more and more.
Cubecraft will reach (if everyone goes ok) at least 800 translators, why don't make a limit of 6 translators per idiom? Perhaps that would avoid the "Translator rank" collapse.
The translator rank is totally unnecessary, I've read that is especify created for helping out answering translator doubts and a reward for the hard work. And the helpers? Isn't suppose that helpers are especify to do that? This means, you could receive a Obsidian rank + Plus, and /nick would be unnecessary. I've always see this feature like a one of *important* person (Youtubers, moderadors, helpers, owners, admins...)
And, infinite friend slots!!!? Why not 500 friend slots instead of infinite?...
I didn't disrespect any staff member, get information of it please... He just said that for him seems like I called stupid someone, but I didn't.
I think that this time you are not right, since 6 translators for each language is very little, since there are very many users who enter CubeCraft every day, and I also do not see it strange that they have unlimited Friends, since they will not have many people added (I think).
What happened to "The fact that we help the server is rewarding enough" ?
