All Networks Why CubeCraft's Staff team is trash

Hello,
I'm back to another ranting thread, I would appreciate if you don't argue in the replies.

Cubecraft's Staff Team is trash.
Of all 4 Staff members left, its no good.
Heres why

1. Worst Moderation on the face of the earth
So, one day, my friends were on the Cubecraft Discord, I saw someone spamming p*** in #media.
I contacted staff, and you know what happened?
Nothing. Even when half the staff members were online.
To this day, this guy still isn't banned.

I was also warned by saying:
Amongus
Mongus
I was warned for spamming.
SPAMMING.

Then, I was on CubeCraft, playing EggWars, and there was a hacker.
Ok, Usual right?
(He was flying)
Ofc he won, so I went on to the next game.
He joined again and won.
He joined again
And again
and again.
I played like 8 games and he was never banned.

But I was on the Hive, playing with a hacker, and he was banned when he flew. I saw it lol.
Cubecraft Staff is not good.

2. 90% left
There is like no og staff members left.
They all leave after like 3 days of being moderator. It makes no sense, I mean, sureee, they have "irl stuff" no. They just don't want to waste their time on a staff team that does nothing. Look at the Hive, they get so many applications they close them after like 2 days lol.

There is so much more stuff that is wrong, but there isn't enough time in your lifetime.

Anyway, just wanted to spread awareness about the worst staff team in Minecraft.

This is not just minecraft but anywhere you go in real life, i think everyone is doing their best and can defnitely make mistakes along the way but there is no need to blame the entire group if someone makes a mistake so yeah i hope you get that.

Being a staff-member is harder than most people think though, if you make an important choice it will always upset someone no matter how much you try to make the right choice. This is not just minecraft but anywhere you go in real life, i think everyone is doing their best and can defnitely make mistakes along the way but there is no need to blame the entire group if someone makes a mistake so yeah i hope you get that.

They could at least TRY to respond

I'm just going to say this, calling a staff team trash is nowhere near constructive feedback, like not even close to anything related to feedback.

If you have issues with our staff team then make a staff feedback here, but making these types of threads is not helpful. Though in regards to those rulebreakers, from the sounds of it you were expecting the entire staff team including designers and developers to ban the user when that isn't their job to do. That lies upon moderators and I should relay what mods are, we are volunteers. We aren't paid to be active 24/7 or stare at discord for the length of time you expect us to do. If no mods respond at the time you report an issue then we are busy with other things, life, school, perhaps other moderation duties etc. Thanks to our new ticket system, we are more likely to see your report then it being lost somewhere in the old staff help channel. And in regards to that cheater, just record and report on the forums, same thing above. It won't be missed.

And in regards to OG staff members, that is an insult to us 2016-18+ staff members who have been here for 6+ years now. But also, I don't really see how that makes a staff team trash so I'm just going to leave it as that.

Wut!? 2015 was 7 years ago! Are you saying that if there are no staff members from before 2015, it's cubecraft's fault? People grow up and have other interests, don't think that each staff member should stay 10 years+ in cubecraft lol

Anyway, just wanted to spread awareness about the worst staff team in Minecraft.

While they may commit mistakes, just ranting at them and insulting is not a proper way to criticise constructively. As they said, moderators are volunteers and spend their free time handling reports and making the server a better place instead of doing any other things. I have been moderating for months in servers in other games, and I used to spend a lot of hours of my life there. That made me happy because I knew I was helping to make gameplay experience better for other people and this kind of messages are not nice, honestly.

Moderators don't have the fault of some decisions that, under my point of view, are not the best for the network. But those decisions are up for the admin team, moderators just apply sanctions in case you break any rule and solve any doubts the users may have. If you want to criticise the course of the network (which I also do) the moderation team is not responsible for that.

you mean why do moderators who tend to join the team from the ages of 14-15, when they have a lot of free time, aren't here after working as volunteers for the last 7 years as they turn 21 years old? hm, i wonder
