Why Most PvPers Don't Like 1.9 PvP - Please stay 1.8

1.9 pvp actually requires less skill you can just spam harming 2 arrows and take them out in TWO hits

Who says potion arrows will be in the skywars item pool?

Personally, I'm in it for 1.9. Combat is too simple, spam clicking requires no strategy. With the update, actual skill will be required to PvP, and that's why I'm in favor of updating. HOWEVER, for the people that don't want the change, there should be an optional way to keep 1.8 combat.

Chances are that CCG are going to migrate to 1.9 for the new ideas they can make, however they could disable the pvp-cooldown thing for specific games.

Look on the bright side; pvp games are already dull, boring, and repetitive. Now we can focus on some fun non-pvp games!

I'd very much like for there to be classic pvp and new pvp servers and games. It would be a simple fix, just adjusting one attribute on items. For now, we're probably just gonna push the 1.9 update, take feedback for a week or so, and decide what to do from there. It's what we always do.
