Cubecraft will not be removing permanent punishments as the length of time building up to these, makes it quite fair. If you persist to break the same rule up to the point of it being permanent, then that is your responsibility. As for how moderators handle it, depending on who it is and other various details, they may give you another chance and remove the punishment. That being said, they are not obligated to do so and not every mod will. You can try to privately contact the staff member that punished you later on, after you appeal and it is denied, but this does not mean it will get your punishment removed. Just like appeals, this communication is not a "get out of jail free" card, but rather a gratitude to the people that do break the rules as a potential chance to be apart of the community again and prove they actually can follow the rules.
